Stripped my drain plug on a simple oil change. Quit service and returned my vehicle blaming the error on a prior service, which was false. No solutions given other than replacing the oil pan. Poor attitudes and service. I went someplace else. They popped in a new drain plug, no issues since, even after several oil changes. It was my first chance at one of these locations as well as my last.

Took my daughters car in due to an air leak in one of her rear tires. In and out in under 20 minutes, kept informed, very reasonable charge.

When I went home I noticed there was grease and oil all over my seats and the carpet on the driver's side. I had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a bottle of degreaser to clean the aforementioned.. Furthermore, the attitude of some of the staff was as if they were doing me a favor instead of providing a service for a fee. I failed to mention that I originally took my truck in for an oil leak. After leaving it there I received a call that they were going to have to perform a diagnostic test because of the " significant" leak and the charge would be $68 which I approved. Approximately 2 hours later I received notice it was leaking from seals and gaskets and the " fix" would cost over $1900 to repair. I also asked to replace a burned out headlamp which they quoted me $85! I have replaced it several times myself and the lamp costs $22 and takes all of 10 minutes to replace. When I balked at the cost the sales person stated he would try to accommodate me given the expense of the oil leak. A few hours later I received a call telling me that they recommended all new tires which I declined. They informed me I would need to leave the truck overnight to complete the repairs. The next day I received a call that since they had disassembled the truck they were at a point where my timing belt had a crack but the water pump was not leaking but they suggested replacing both for an additional $250. I gave the ok for a new timing belt but passed on the pump. By the way, the cost of both items if you purchase is around $50. After keeping the truck for 2.5 days my bill was $2,163.70 which I paid on the spot but was issued a warranty for 36 months. Took it home and of course it leaked. Took it back and left it for 4 hours and was told the problem was an oil " sender". Took it home and the next morning I found more oil on my driveway. Will have to take it back for a third time. All within 7 days. To be continued...
