I usually always go to Tires Plus, but yesterday when I dropped by to ask them to plug my tire really fast (assuming I had a nail in it), they told me they’re “all booked up”. Now, normally I’d understand, except for the manager at the time, I think his name is John, was on the phone with another customer and stopped that phone call to tell me this. Plugging a tire is something I could’ve done, but I didn’t have my air compressor at my house so I thought TP could do it for me. Why do I write all this about TP, you ask? Because after I was rudely told no, I went to America’s Service Station in Dacula, GA, and not only did they do it for me, they repaired my tire from what was actually a piece of a razor blade! It wasn’t a nail at all. Jeff, the front desk man, was incredibly nice and very helpful. Ryan was the tech who actually repaired my tire. I am so grateful for them and their great attitudes. I will be coming to them for all of my future needs. Without their help, I’d probably have yet another flat tire ON A BRAND NEW SET OF TIRES THAT I JUST BOUGHT FROM TP A MONTH AGO! They saved me from having to spend money on another tire. Thank goodness! 🙏🏼
