I’ve been to America's Service Station 4 times the last 3 years for various minivan problems to include A/C, alternator, and major electrical issues. My first 3 visits went great and I could not have asked for better service in fact, they even gave me a ride home once when I had to leave my vehicle overnight. My most recent visit didn’t go as smoothly and I admit to feeling duped at one point given that my vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, and it costing more $ than initially quoted. However in hindsight, it was no fault of their own, and apparently my situation wasn’t typical in nature. It also took longer because it was a holiday weekend when I dropped it off, plus a part had to be ordered from California not just once but twice! Due to the fact that I don’t know much about vehicles, I truly appreciate the employees’ patience and most of all, their honesty and integrity (which is hard to come by these days). Unfortunately, I can’t recall any of their names now except for Doug, who provided me with exceptional customer service during my most recent visit. Doug was most helpful and kind during the entire process by keeping me updated on the progress every step of the way, despite always being so very busy with phone calls and walk-ins (among other things). That said, many thanks to America’s Service Station for your quality service, and for keeping my minivan functioning and running well, despite having 187,000+ miles on it!
